Refund Policy

DIY Kits:

Due to the nature of DIY kits, we cannot offer warranty or accept returns after any assembly has taken place in any capacity.

If you have received your kit and decided to change your mind, we offer a 14 day (from date of delivery) change-of-mind money back guarantee, given that the kit remains unassembled and in its original form. Soldering any components to any circuit board will void the change of mind policy.

If any component was dead-on-arrival, then we will send out a replacement at no cost as long as the component has not been soldered on to a board.

PNP And Custom Kits:

We perform bench testing on all pre-built ECU’s to ensure they are in working order before being sent out. If for any reason you are unhappy or the kit is faulty in some way, please get in touch with admin@eficustoms.com.au and we will do our best to resolve your issue.

If we discover the issue with the kit is minor, we will offer to repair the item free of charge (shipping at buyer’s expense), and send it back. At the buyer’s discretion, we may alternatively send a replacement component at no cost.

If the issue with the kit is major, we will offer either a replacement (with a lead time) or refund at the buyer’s discretion.

General:

Cost of shipping items back for repair or a refund is at the buyer’s expense.
